JSE-listed natural resources company Exxaro Resources has established a strategic leadership development partnership with three business schools to strengthen leadership capability across its mining and renewable energy businesses as part of its sustainable growth and impact strategy. The University of Stellenbosch Business School Executive Development, the University of Pretoria’s Gordon Institute of Business Science (GIBS) and the Henley Business School Africa have been appointed to design and deliver a suite of contextualised leadership development programmes that will prepare Exxaro’s leaders to navigate an increasingly dynamic business environment.
